Resalta wins two energy efficiency awards at Dnevi Energetikov 2018

Dnevi Energetikov held its 20th annual energy conference in Portoroz from the 10th to the 11th of April. Organized by daily newspaper Finance, the yearly gathering, draws leading companies and figures from the energy world from Slovenia and throughout the region. Each year, awards are awarded to the best energy efficiency project in Slovenia, as well as the most energy efficient company in Slovenia.

Resalta is the proud winner of both awards this year, for the following projects:

  • With Livar, Resalta won the award for Best Energy Efficiency Project of 2018, thanks to its project for the renovation of compressed air systems and waste heat recovery in Livar’s Ivančna Gorica factory. The project resulted in energy savings, process optimization and lowered CO2 emissions. The renovation achieved electricity savings for the production of compressed air of 40%, with further savings of 70,000 liters of oil for heating and a reduction of annual CO2 emissions by 600 t.
     
  • With Gorenje, Resalta won the award for Energy Efficient Company of 2018, thanks to the many implemented solutions that have made the home appliances producer more efficient, ecofriendly and optimized processes. In the past 5 years, Resalta has carried out lighting, cooling, cogeneration and energy management projects out at Gorenje’s Velenje site. Total energy savings from all measures have resulted in 17 MWh of energy saved each year, with over 1,000 t of CO2 emissions lowered each year as well.   

The winners were announced at a gala ceremony last evening, Resalta won both categories it was nominated in. We are very proud of our team and the hard work they put in to make these projects happen, and we will continue to work on projects that make Slovenia and the rest of the SEE region more energy efficient. In his speech, Rok Čepon, Resalta’s engineer who worked on the Livar project and accepted the award on behalf of Resalta, stated that:

“This award for best energy efficiency project is the confirmation of the good work of Resalta and proof of its constructive cooperation with Livar. Excellent results, which we constantly strive for in Resalta, can only be achieved with in-depth knowledge and teamwork. Our deepest thanks go to all our partners and clients who are optimistic about the future of energy efficiency and who will surely bring us many interesting challenges.”

Posameznik ima skladno z Zakonom o varstvu osebnih podatkov pravico, da kadarkoli pisno ali na drug dogovorjen način zahteva, da Resalta osebne podatke trajno ali začasno preneha uporabljati za namene ciljnega in neposrednega trženja, pri čemer bo Resalta v 15 dneh od prejema obvestila ustrezno preprečila uporabo osebnih podatkov za namene ciljnega in neposrednega trženja ter posameznika o tem v nadaljnjih petih dneh pisno ali na drug dogovorjen način obvestil. Navodila za odjavo preko prejetega e-obvestila: V vsakem e-obvestilu je v nogi sporočila objavljena povezava »Odjava«, na katero kliknete in sledite postopku odjave. Elektronski naslov, na katerega prejemate e-obvestila, je shranjen in varovan v skladu z Zakonom o varstvu osebnih podatkov.
